We bought the food truck in the summer of 2017 a few months after the original Garage closed in order to complement our take out store. We purchased it used from an Italian masseuse who happened to massage my wife Jackie. She ran it with her brother and father. After a long run and successful run, they were opting out.
Jackie and I rebranded the truck and within a few weeks were up and running. While our signature BBQ items like ribs, pork sandwiches and brisket cheesesteaks are popular staples, look for other mainstays like our “soon to be famous” fish fry, beef bacon cheeseburgers, tacos with steak tinga, vegan sloppy joes and spicy chicken nuggets.
